2. Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
- Customers must provide accurate pickup, drop, and travel details during booking.
- Advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
- Booking confirmation will be shared through call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
- Shivam Holidays Rajasthan reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in special situations.
3. Payment Terms
- Customers can pay using UPI, bank transfer, cash, or approved online payment methods.
- Remaining trip amount must be cleared before or during the journey.
- Toll tax, parking charges, state tax, and entry fees are chargeable unless already included.
- Extra sightseeing, waiting charges, or route changes may result in additional costs.
- Prices may change during peak season, festivals, fuel price increase, or government tax updates.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be informed through phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing and booking type.
- No refund will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
- Refund processing may take 5–7 working days.

5. Travel & Vehicle Policy
- Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, illegal substances, and dangerous materials are prohibited inside vehicles.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be chargeable.
- AC performance may reduce in hilly or extreme weather conditions.
- Vehicle photos shown on the website are for reference purposes only.
6. Driver & Route Policy
- Drivers will follow safe and practical travel routes.
- Travel timing may vary due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or government restrictions.
- Driver night allowance may apply for late-night travel.
- Misbehavior with drivers or staff will not be tolerated.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Shivam Holidays Rajasthan is not responsible for delays, accidents, natural disasters, vehicle breakdowns, political closures, weather issues, traffic conditions, or any situation beyond our control.
We are also not responsible for disputes related to hotels, restaurants, shopping places, or third-party services selected independently by customers.
8. Tour Packages
- Hotel availability may vary depending on season and demand.
- Sightseeing schedules may change due to operational reasons.
- Monument tickets, meals, shopping, and personal expenses are excluded unless specifically mentioned.
9. Website Usage
- Users must not misuse the website or submit false booking information.
- All website content including logo, branding, images, and text belongs to Shivam Holidays Rajasthan.
- Unauthorized copying or reproduction of website content is prohibited.
